Armed Forces Emergency Service -A military messaging service provided to military members and their families.

Blood Services Program - Promotes saving lives through the collection, testing and distribution of safe blood.

Emergency Food & Shelter - Meets short-term emergency needs and provides solutions to alleviate family crises.

Disaster Response - Volunteers respond within 2 hours of notification to provide relief to victims of disaster.

Emergency Home Repair & Accessibility Construction - To alleviate health or safety arising in the home.

Safehouse Program - Provides safe shelter and supportive services to victims of domestic and sexual violence.

Rent & Mortgage Assistance - To stabilize the living environment by preventing eviction or foreclosure.

Emergency Lodging - Serving the needs of homeless individuals/families on a temporary basis.

First Month Rent - Helping those already homeless to secure and maintain housing.

Utility Assistance - Emergency assistance to prevent the shut-off of utilities which would lead to health/safety issues.

The ARC Advocacy - To improve the quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.

The ARC Recreation - Opportunities for individuals with disabilities to participate and interact socially with others.

Health Access - Improve access to dignified and compassionate health care for uninsured individuals.

Families and Elderly Living Alone - Provides respite support and training to caregivers of frail and elderly adults.

Baby Think It Over - Increase awareness of parenting responsibilities among high school students.

Bubbulonian Encounter - Interaction with children in grades 1-4 to teach them the differences between how to respond to good, bad, confusing, or forced sexual touching.

Positive Peer Empowerment - Multi-media presentation to middle school students to empower them to make good decisions for life.

Perry Movies At The Library - Two free movies per month with special emphasis on teens and tweens.

Courage, Confidence and Camp - Girl Scout Day Camp, the first step to introduce girls to the out of doors.

Moon Lake/Shaftsburg Summer Recreation/Youth Asset Development - A six week summer program for at-risk youth.

After School Adventures Program - Keep kids safe, help working families, and improve academic achievement.

YMCA Camp Shiawassee - Day camp programs to make a life-impacting experience.

Morrice After School Recreation Program - Utilizing innovative technology and program designs that appeal to youth with the goal of promoting physical activity.

Scouting For Success - A Boy Scout program designed to help boys gain the necessary skills to be more successful in their lives.

Various Area Food Pantries - Making food and household necessities available to those in need. American Red Cross, St. Vincent dePaul, Durand Area Loaves and Fishes, Perry Morrice Shaftsburg Emergency Relief, Gaines Community Council, Corunna Area Food Pantry

Friend of Holman Pool - Daily recreation, swimming lessons, and family events though summer of 2006.

Wrap A Child In Warmth -Provides new, warm essential clothing for school-age children.

Perry Carteens - A program to educate young drivers 14-18 on the consequences of unsafe driving practices.
